Sorry...contact the Board of Investment. Or place your question on other expat forums.

But be very careful...

The invested money must be in a PREAPPROVED INVESTMENT AS APPROVED BY THE BOI ONLY.

You cannot just buy a ten million condo and then apply for the investment visa.

Beware of false prophets...
