My Marriage Visa extension expires March 11, 2021. I am getting my documents together now. Is there a requirement for a Covid negative test now on your med note? Also, do you need to wait until you are within 30 days from the expiration date before you can start the process with Immigration?
Thank you.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquired about the requirements for extending their Marriage Visa, specifically if a COVID-19 negative test is required and whether they should wait until within 30 days of expiration to begin the process. Responses confirm that there is no COVID-19 test requirement for the extension, and the waiting period before starting the application can vary by immigration office, with some requiring 30 days and others 45 days before expiration.
I had to get a medical letter for my over 50 ext and it would have been required for a marriage ext in NAN but a new office opened in Phrae last year and I've just done my new ext for marriage with no requirement for a medical letter so again it seems to depend on the office your using
How do you know the medical letter is required for marriage?

I have had visa extensions for 16 years from various offices starting with pattaya , I was told to get a med letter which I only did once then never asked for it again then I asked in Chiang Mai no letter required then in NaN letter was refugees every year they were all for over 50. Last year I decided to change to marriage visa which I would have applied for in NaN who wanted a med letter but just before I had to apply the phrae office opened so I had to apply there . I took all papers including med letter which was filed but not really looked at so this year ( January) my wife phoned just before due date and got a list of requirements as we do every year ( so as not to waste time) and no med required but it was asked for in Nan the only place Iโve ever been asked for it.
