For Sandbox arrivals who have their second PCR test after 1.11. will get refunded by PSAS PKCD, at least they confirmed me via mail so 🍀🙏🏼 (Valid for 46 countries)

they did refunds no problem with sandbox when it went from 3 swab tests to 2.

It was hotels that were wanting to give credit instead of refunds, but the pre paid swab tests refunded. So i guess your answer is just wrong

hotels official policy should cover that, the goverment dont tell them what to do.

They have to offer credit or refund.

I don’t understand you now. We arrived on 30th October, they both say the old rules apply. I requested the refund but didn’t get it yet and my hotel says it’s needed so they can get the release paper for us
