Updated guidelines. Looks like the major difference is the required rapid test on Day 6-7 for Test & Go and Sandbox. Thankfully doesn't appear that it's stopping Test & Go from moving around.

TLDR : Answer Summary
Recent updates indicate that the main change for the Test & Go and Sandbox programs in Thailand involves a mandatory rapid test on Day 6 or 7 of the stay. Travelers can obtain the test kit from their hotel after their initial night or purchase ATK test kits from most pharmacies, with prices around 200 baht.
yes your hotel will give you test kit when you check out ๐๐

I got this in response to my email to Phuket Government, "- If you would like to get ATK the 2nd swab test, you can contact the hotel directly, as they will be in charge of testing ATK for the guest.
I read somewhere the hotel you stay in gives you a self testing kit.

Edit: Looks like my below speculation is wrong.
Literally the least knowledgable about this but I imagine you just go to a random clinic/hospital offering walk-ins and ask for one. Google says they're "quite cheap" (<1500 baht?).
ATK/Rapid-Result tests are less expensive to perform than PCR tests. Also test price is dependent on your country...I'm from the US and the mandatory pre-flight PCR test is free...
if you're talking about inside Thailand, then the ones you need for flights have to be done at a lab, but the ones for test & go are self kits like you can but at any pharmacy in Thailand.
