Hi! .... I have a Non O visa ending May 17. Is there any other way (beside 12 months retirement visa) to be able to stay 2-3 months more after my non O visa expires, on May 17? Some extension or other solutions? Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking options to extend their stay in Thailand for an additional 2-3 months after their Non O visa expires on May 17. They mention they could apply for a 12-month retirement visa but that may require leaving Thailand, which they wish to avoid. Responses indicate that the only viable option for an extension is applying for a year-long extension, as there are no shorter extension options available, and other solutions like visa exemptions or tourist visas could require leaving the country.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
Explore recent discussions by using the Non-O Retirement Visa tag in the search box at the top of the page.
all extensions cost the same amount 1900 baht, so on this 90 day Non-O visa you either extend it for a year or leave when your stamp is up, then maybe re-enter on a visa exempt or tourist visa.
There is no other option for you to stay, covid extensions stopped being available to people on non-imm visas on Jan 26th

Sadly the years extension is your only option

It's based on retirement. So I could apply for 12 months retirement but I can't really used because I have to leave Thailand. But I would like to find a way to stay another 3 months after May 17..
Of course, it doesn’t give you a Thai Pass, ability not to do Test & Go or any other restrictions that may be in place at the time. It just gives you the right to stay, in this guys case, until May 16th 2023 whether he leaves or stays. Just needs to be back in the country before that date.
Get the year extension then when you leave Thailand buy a re-entry permit so all you have to do is come back to Thailand before the 12 month extension is up.
This gives you the 3 months you want and another 9 months to re-enter to keep the extension alive.
