My husband has a 3-month Non-O Visa (based on being over 50) that expires May 22. (with SINGLE Entry permit).
We will probably have to leave the country end of June or early July so no need for a 1 year extension.
What are our options to make it possible to stay pass the expiry date till July without leaving the country?
Many thanks in advance
Best regards

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on how to stay in Thailand beyond the expiration of their 3-month Non-O Visa, which is set to expire on May 22. Commenters suggest that the only viable option is to apply for a 1-year Extension of Stay based on retirement, as short-term extensions for the Non-O Visa are not available. They also note the importance of having a re-entry permit and meeting all requirements for the extension.

but you say Visa non O (With Single Entry permit) but did you buy a re-entry permit ? Because I guess the Single entry permit was only written on your visa, which now should have a stamp "USED" on it ?
