45k baht per month = 540k per year. Not 400k .
Retirement visa.
65k baht per month = 780k per year. Not 800k.
Or has something changed.

you can;t use the combined method for marriage extension anyway you either bank all the 400K baht for 2 months before your yearly extension OR you use 40K baht a month in income. for the previous 12 months
