TLDR : Answer Summary
British passport holders are eligible for a 30-day visa exemption upon re-entering Thailand; however, recent travel restrictions to Vietnam may affect their plans. As of March 15, 2020, Vietnam has denied entry for travelers from the UK, meaning travelers need to check the latest entry requirements before flying on April 3. Furthermore, upon return to Thailand, it's essential to have a completed Medical Certificate and proof of health insurance worth at least $100,000.
later part of your comment is NOT for all passengers. only for travelers who were in specific area in last 14days...
