Hi... I’ve just been awarded full custody from the court of my son.

Can anyone tell me what my visa options are now?

I’ve heard I can get a dependent visa.

If so what are the requirements, how much money do I need to show in the bank etc, how to apply?

If anyone can help it be greatly appreciated.

If you have the full custody, you can apply during the last 30 days of your stay for a 1 year Extension of Stay at your local Immigration Office. Best is to visit for the hand out with their requirements, but here is the rule:
