Pui Sun asked a general question in another topic and to avoid confusing with different kind of answers on different questions, I moved the question:

Pui Sun If the TM30 is filed online properly by the owner, is there a need to file a TM 28 (foreigner reporting their residence) When I got back my one year extension of stay from my lawyer this month, there were both TM 28 and TM30 receipts from Samui immigration stapled inside. Are both now required?

Yes. Hua Hin Bluport IO does not require TM28 if TM30 is filed, unless the address has changed.
