Totally FAKE and there is nothing in thai immigration rules that states that not one word. :/

Pro Tip, NEVER EVER trust a thai consulate (in another country) about anything to do with entering or getting an extension inside of thailand

AND

NEVER EVER trust a thai immigration office (inside the country) about anything to do with getting a visa from a consulate outside of thailand.

They are two totally different governmental agencies and have nothing to do with each other.
