TLDR : Answer Summary
The declaration of earnings from the US embassy is generally valid for 6 months according to a rule that was posted previously. However, it appears that the acceptance of this timeframe can vary by immigration office, with Bangkok immigration acknowledging it.

there was a rule posted a good while back that stated the notary letters of income are valid for 6 months. Some offices do not seem to acknowledge it though but bangkok immigration does.
