got an Non-im, ED Visa (extensions) that I need to get canceled. New documents for another university are on hand and documents for cancelation as well.
How it works?
Is it still done at Chaengwattana? With or without appointment?
I gonna do cancelation and apply with new documents at the same counter or are there 2 different counters for that?
Many thanks :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
To cancel your current Non-Immigrant ED Visa and apply for a new extension, you can go to the Chaengwattana Immigration office. You can do both processes at the same counter where you received your current ED extension, as long as the new university's documents are in order. It's advisable to check if you need an appointment beforehand.
I believe you are confusing how private schools handle ED stuff and how universities do :( There is no problem stopping studying at a real university (cancelling your current extension) and then applying for a new extension for studying at another university. That happens quite a lot in thailand.

IF you got the current extension AND will get the new extension from places that are served by Chaengwattana you do them both at the counter you got your current ED extension.
They'll cancel the one you're on and you immediately apply for the new extension using documents from the new uni..
