You need to await approval, and then print the receipt and keep it in your passport same as if you did the walk-in procedure.

Either wait for the email telling you it's approved (when you need to go back IN to the system and print your receipt) OR you can check the status by selecting the green check status tab and entering either that TM number above the bar code OR by selecting the personal data tab and entering your passport DOB and nationality. It will show the report and you can see if it's still pending or has been approved

When you got that page it should have said PENDING at the top of it

That means it is NOT yet approved but you DID submit it

Careful with posting stuff without blanking out the TM number because anyone can look up your 90 day report with that info :O
