Online 90 Day Report?

Today I did my first Online 90 Day Report. After completing the action, it gave me an " Acknowledgement (TM.47)) to print out. I printed it out and in the top right hand corner, it says "PENDING". 

Does anyone know what this means.

you can also check if it's approved by going back in the system and using the "Check Status" tab (the green one) enter the TM # from the pending receipt OR click the Personal information tab and enter your passport DOB and select your nationality.

It'll show all the 90 day reports you've done and you can view or print them

Once it's approved you should get an email notice. Check your spam or junk folder because it usually comes in there. Depending on your local office and holidays it can sometimes take several days to get approval of an online filing.

Reporting back! Went to Chiang Rai Immigration today, took my number, waited 1 hour. The nice lady processed my 90 day report in 2 minutes. After I got my passport back, I told her I had been rejected online for my 90 day report and showed her the "Status Report" stating it was rejected. She showed it around the office, everybody shrugged, she gave it back to me, shrugged and said "never mind, try again online next time". 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Hmm, I've only seen one or two that weren't approved.

A wrong phone number shouldn't make a difference and AFAIK not having filed a TM.30 doesn't affect it either seeing as they are completely different systems.

What immigration office do you normally use?

well the good thing is seeing as you can ONLY use the online program from 15 days before down until 7 days BEFORE your actual 90 day due date, you still have time to go and file it in person (y)

Will do. I have been here for almost 13 years on correct visa's, never had a problem or been fined. I'm sure it will be something simple, so I'm not stressing. I have always found them good to work with if you are upfront with them. :)

ok, thanks again. Printed the report, it says "Remark : please contact immigration officer where you did your visa extension".

no, not the email or the pending application.

go back in to the system, use the "check status" tab, either enter the TM # or pick the passport information choice and enter your passport, dob and country of origin. Select the report that was not approved, view it and then print it.

I'm not even sure that the Chiang Rai office is participating in the online 90 day reporting program.

I'd print out the application not approved receipt and see if there's any note in thai on it about why it wasn't approved. AND take it with you when you do go to do your 90 day report to see what they say about it at the immigration office.

I wonder if you are in an area that requires the TM30 and have not filed it, that will cause an issue. As well an address change, or typos when entering your data.

Hope you get it sorted out🙂

It's much faster and easier than a trip to the immigration office.

I also asked this question and was told that proper update or TM30 in places that require like a Chiang Mai will not affect the approval or rejection of online 90 day but if rejected online they could break your chops if you then go in person and the TM30 isn’t properly updated. We reinterred in July after doing two successful 90 day online reports so hoping it works again when its time

I filed the TM30 at my local police station and have a copy BUT this could still be the problem. Never mind "Hi ho, hi ho, it's off to immigration I go"! 🤔🤔🤔🤔

". I placed a wrong phone number on the form, so I have just re-submitted it. There could be many reasons: 1) This is my first report since "Re-Entry" and I have heard you may need to be in the system before you do an online. I will keep you updated. Thanks for the help. :)

I asked this question.

told us it makes no difference if you use a re entry visa after leaving the country and that you do not have to go back each time you return to get “entered into the systems”. Rather, the online should continue to work if you’ve used it before unless maybe you’re using a new passport.

when I last did mine online with Chiang Mai Immigration while traveling in Thailand on my motorbike, I got the acknowledgement in the evening and next morning had an emailed confirmation from an officer. I was very impressed with the revamped website and the service!!

I checked that website and I am quite sure it is NOT the one I used. I recall being impressed with a drop down menu for selecting your tambon rather than having to remember the multiple names by district.

Joseph Graham first time lucky!! I will post results of my next attempt. I tried in years past and never succeeded on their old website so was hugely surprised at my success as I was in Mae Sot and would have had to do a border run just to refresh my 90 day or chance the mail.

it means, you need to wait until its approved .. if u in thbe countryside .. you might call your immi office, as they often not like to look into system :-)

Ermmm....no they don't. Some offices don't accept online reporting. It simply sits forever on the system and never acknowledge.

Any office throughout the country has access to check the database and accept the report submitted under their area. many simply do not bother.

In what world is going to immigration easier than going to the computer in your bedroom? Certainly not in a Chiang Mai. It takes three minutes online and we’ve been approved either same day and next day.

It means your application was accepted and you are now waiting for the approval email. Usually takes an hour or so.
