For those who applied in Phnom Penh - did they ask for physical cash? Or do they allow payment by card / bank transfer?
Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
Applicants for Thai visas in Phnom Penh are currently required to pay in cash, as the consulates do not accept card payments or bank transfers. It is advised to bring fresh cash notes. However, changes are expected soon as Phnom Penh's consulate plans to transition to an online payment system next month.
Thai authorities are still old school. It's cash only at all consulates where you apply in person. This will soon change as Phnom Penh is going online next month.
