They need a Fit to Fly from the embassy. He's asking about Thai nationals in the UK, the UK also extended everyone's visa to 31 July.

I'm pretty sure he's asking about a UK passport holder flying back to the UK. The UK does not require a fit to fly certificate.

a thai nation staying with me on her 2 year visa but has to leave country for 30days then she can come back.

So she will go back to see her mother but not sure if she needs to do anything
