If I receive the visa and for the future 5 years I always exit the country within 90 days, is it correct to assume that I will never have to do a 90 days reporting nor pay any other fee until the end of the 5 year visa.
I assume that at any entry I will be granted 180 days till end of visa terms.
I travel regularly out of the country on a monthly base, so I would like to understand this better, thank you to anyone who can clarify

TLDR : Answer Summary
If you exit Thailand every 90 days and do not stay longer than that period consecutively, you do not need to submit a 90-day reporting to immigration. Reporting is only required for individuals who stay in Thailand for a continuous 90 days. Additionally, ensure that a TM30 form is filed by your landlord when you take residence in Thailand.

Assuming there's no scamdemic similar to Covid between now and 2030, you can continue to exit the country every 90 days without a reporting requirement.

Correct.

The only other item, which isn't actually your responsibility, but that of the landlord homeowner etc, is to make sure a TM30 is filed when you take up residence.
