My 90days ends at the end of July... In the interim, I have cancelled a Non-B and have gotten a new Non-B as well as changed provinces... Do I need to apply for a new 90day or can I just wait till the end of July?

Did you cancel your old extension and then applied for a new extension? If that's what you did you would still do your 90 day report when it is due.

BUT why didn't you ask at the immigration office in the new province when you got your new extension?

I learned the hard way on this question. 90 day reporting is not coupled to a visa. I renewed my visa just before my 90 day report was due. Figuring I had reported my location to immigration during the renewal process...I didn't do the 90 day report. 90 days later when I went in to report I was fined 2000 baht and told the next time I failed to report it would cost 5000 baht.

Here it is. Paid 2000 on the spot, passport stamped showing the failure to report. It's not a good thing.

It's not the end of the world

and many many people get the 2000baht failure to file a 90 day report on time fine and the stamp in your passport. it doesn't affect you at all in any negative way.

you need to continue your old 90days if you transition to new nonB without leaving Thailand.
