if you go after the promotion is over you'll pay 2000baht for a 15 day visa on arrival <- that's the regular price
, being from Lithuania you will get a 15 day visa on arrival when you fly into the country. They usually cost 2000baht BUT right now they are free until April.
You can be asked for proof of 20K baht (or the equivalent) in CASH, proof of onward travel within 15 days AND proof of a hotel booking, when you stamp into the country.
,The original FREE visa on arrival promotion was between December 1 and January 31
BUT it's been extended now until April 30th.
