you NEED an appointment. Some people "just showed up" and were sent to the internet shop to book an appointmen.

I went last week. Book the appointment but you can go before your time slot. For example my appointment was 11:45 but I got there at 9am showed them my number and went in. Waited about 25mins dropped the stuff off and then had the whole day to myself

Then it is just, visit, turn in the documents and this Embassy is known as straight forward, if all documents as asked on their check list are there, the visa will be handed out.
