TLDR : Answer Summary
As of now, there is no requirement for travelers to Thailand to have a third dose of a COVID-19 vaccine after their second dose, even if it was administered over six months ago. It's advised to stay informed of any changes and, while booster shots are not currently mandated, some may choose to get vaccinated for personal safety.
no, boosters are not required and if you read all the current information released by Pfizer you would not want to go anywhere near that stuff.

Imagine lining up a third time for something that didnt work the first and second.
You're getting ahead of yourself here. By July 1, the Thailand Pass should be scrapped along with all entry curbs. Only travelers entering Thailand by May 31 should be getting a Thailand Pass. Those intending on coming in June should wait for the May 20 meeting regarding June entry requirements.
Anutin said it might be a requirement in June but I hope it won't be. After all, the Ministry of Public Health stated that by July 1, all entry restrictions should be completely lifted and so far almost no country mandates 3 shots for entry.
Logically, next month it should be even easier to enter the country than this month meaning they should scrap the Thailand Pass, insurance requirements and switch to an ATK test before departure for unvaccinated. The same as Laos is requiring as of today.
