Hello, do you know if you can renew your driving license with a DTV? My 2 years are expiring soon and will need to renew it to be able to drive legally. Thank you for your feedback

TLDR : Answer Summary
You can renew your driving license in Thailand using a DTV (Digital Nomad Visa). To do so, you will need a medical certificate, your current Thai 2-year license, a residence certificate, and your passport. It's now mandatory to provide a medical certificate even for 5-year renewals, which was not required before for 5-year renewals if transitioning from 2 years. Many individuals have successfully transitioned from a 2-year to a 5-year license on a DTV.
Depends on the local rules, but it is being reported to 5 years on 2nd for DTV in some places. Only heard of 1 being a renewal as temporary and another 2 year. But multiple have achieved 5 years.

Yes. Sefton Hanley mentioned he was able to do it, and I'll be using my DTV to renew my 5-year license for another 5 years. One change is that they're now requiring medical certificates even for 5 year to 5 year renewals (previously, this was only necessary for the initial 2 year license) or going from 2 to 5 years. Now, it's required in all cases, even 5 to 5 years.
There are pop-up medical clinics located right next to DLT offices. Just go there. I think they just confirm you have a pulse and no sexually transmitted diseases and that you're not blind and they'll write you a note.
I'm also going to be renewing my Thai IDPs on the same day I get my domestic license renewed.
I thought they checked you for syphillus. That's what they did when i last got my health check for a driver's license renewal. Just a visual/verbal confirmation did the trick.
No, they just look at your arms, legs etc. It's a very quick process.
I recommend going to a pop up clinic next to a DLT. You may very well be the only person there, so there's little to no waiting. They basically do nothing else but issue such certificates. Probably 50-100 Baht.

You can renew you licence on any visa once you have your licence it's forever just keep renewing it. As previous post just take in the required documents as request by rta
True, but most offices will only give you another 2 years, if you don't hold a long-term visa or extension of stay. Thus, a DTV, non-B, non-O, LTR, retirement, smart visa or anything but a tourist visa will qualify for a 5 year visa.
Sometimes a tourist visa or METV qualifies too at certain offices anyway.

you can indeed, you need the medical certificate, the certificate of residence, current thai 2 year license and your passport.
People have already reported that they were able to go from the 2 year temporary thai license to the 5 year permanent one on a DTV
