Hey group, I've got a question regarding visa... more for in the future.
Right now I've got a non immigrant O visa single entry.. I'm about to go for an extension of stay for because I'm married to a thai.
But right now I'm 46 and I see people getting a retirement visa once they get 50. But my question is... can I just keep doing my extension for marriage even though I have reach the age of 50 or am I obligated to get a retirement visa... because being married I only need 400k on the bank at least 2 months before applying for the extension while for retirement visa I need to have 800k on the bank and throughout the year my bank balance has to have a minimum of 400k.
So i am wondering what are the benefits for applying for a retirement visa ... cause I can't see it financially spoken
