Can I get a 3-month Non-B visa at Thai consulates in Vietnam, and what is the processing time?

and on that note we're DONE. This topic is ONLY about whether a person can get a 90 day single entry Non-B from one of the thai consulates in Vietnam.

The answer to that question is YES, meet the requirements, get the visa.

don't think just because the two thai consulates are in the same country that they have the same requirements :O They do NOT.

Meet the requirements at the particular consulate you're applying at and you'll get the visa, don't meet them and you won't. :/ Its not rocket surgery or brain science ;)

BOTH thai consulate in Vietnam run under the same time frame. Turn in your application one morning and pick up your passport the next afternoon AND both consulates only accept US dollars for the visa fees.

I don't know. It depends on your nationality, and if you meet the requirements.
