TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking clarification on whether they can complete their 90-day reporting for a retirement visa at a different immigration office than Hua Hin. Community responses indicate that while the first report must be done in person at the local immigration office where the TM30 address is registered, subsequent reports can be completed online regardless of location. It’s advisable to confirm with local regulations and ensure that your TM30 has been properly filed.

Many many comments about you have to do the first one in person. However that seems to be a hang up from the old system where that was indeed the case. From posts on here and other forums the new system uses the address registered with a filed TM30. If you, your landlord or hotel have filed a TM30 and you use that address for the filing online you can do your first report online with no issue. Disclaimer: I cannot personally verify this because I’ve been here for a long time. I am just repeating from posts I see on these forums.
Agree and probably office specific like many things here. Why it should be doesn’t compute but I’ve seen many reports of people using the new system 1st time with no issue.
, There are reports people successfully did their very first 90days report online.

Do your 90 day report on line then it matters not where you are. You have to do it in person the first time. The system now works quite well.
I was told that you can do your 90 day report anywhere but once you get back to your registered address you should report there too.

You do the 90 day reports at the local Thai immigration office where your TM30 address is registered as your Thai residence.
It may be done online once you are registered as living in Hua Hin... The Thai immigration office where you obtained your Non O and one year extension of stay as retired in Thailand.
