Anyone know if I can apply for a TM30 at Laksi IT Square when getting my visa exempt extension? Also what do I need to give to the official for a TM30? My landlord has given me a copy of my apartment contract. Thanks for any help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The TM30 form is usually the responsibility of the landlord to file, and you will need to get a copy of the receipt. Although some sources say that a copy of your apartment contract might suffice, this may not always be accepted. When applying for a visa exempt extension at Laksi IT Square, you should ideally have the TM30 receipt ready, particularly if you have a history of extensions in Bangkok. It's advisable to ensure your landlord files the TM30 online and provides you with a receipt or screenshot as proof.
They told me a copy of the contract would suffice although that's not in official writing. I had the tm30 already though.

Your landlord can file it online. The link is easy to find with a quick Google search. Only use the government associated link. Get a screen shot of it when finished, print it out to include in your paperwork (I've heard others mention they just showed the screenshot of it on their phones, but I'm not sure about if that's allowed).
That is correct, when I went to immigration office for another 30 days visa, my Landlord was fined for not reporting we were staying at his condo

If you entered on visa exempt and your address in Bangkok, you are going to go to IT Square Laksi Plaza to apply for 30 days tourism extension. You would be barely asked for TM30 receipt in Bangkok unless you have a extension history in Bangkok, but you need TM30 receipt if you are asked for it. Just contract copy wouldn't work.

In case you are asked for TM30, you will need one of these
