Question and recommendation please.
I'm on 30 day visa exempt which is expired Feb 7 I can go and get another 30 day extension for this visa which is great because I want to put my kids in school.
The school told me they would take care of the ED visa for the kid, I may want to apply for the guardian visa.
Now I've been doing a lot of research and from what I can see to get the 90 day non-o then apply for guardian visa you would have to leave the country and apply for the 90 day non-o outside Thailand.
I scoured this group for information and got a snippet of someone else having the same issue a couple of years back but the thread didn't continue so I'm not sure what the end result was.
Here is one of the responses on if its possible to get the 90 day non-o in country from one of the senior members who contribute in the group.
paraphrase quote... "To get an in country 90 day Non-O visa where can I get this done? You can absolutely get an 90 day non-o in country. In order to get an in country 90 day Non-O visa (the O means other) you need to have REAL (hard stamp) days left on your stamp. and it depends on what immigration office you use"
Any responses to whether or not I can get the 90 day non-o visa inside the country after I extend my 30 day tourist visa without having to leave the country would be interesting to see how it done.
thank you for all your responses and help
