TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a Non Imm B multi-entry visa, has missed a border run, and is on amnesty. They want to know if they can apply for a 60-day family visit extension after their recent marriage to a Thai national.

Hi James.Sorry to bother you again...are you sure the 60 day family visit extension is available to “married” non imm B visa holders?I keep getting “you have to be on non O already” answers
Thanks Robert. And given the current amnesty it would be irrelevant that my stamp is out of date(should have left May 4th)?The 60 days would really clear me out of trouble as our plan was to go to UK in Sept

Take your Thai wife with you to Thai immigration with marriage certificate and ask for requirements for the 60 day family visit extension.
Thanks for the quick reply.I went alone 2 days ago and the lady pointed to my stamp day to leave(May 4th) and said I had 60 days from that date to apply
