Can a visa agent help obtain a Thai birth certificate for a K-1 Fiancé Visa?

For a K-1 Finace Visa a copy of a Thai Birth Certificate translated to English is required 

So the Bangkok Amphur says this has to be obtained in the place of birth (Roi Et)

Seems to add a layer of difficulty 

So if I was to use an Agent, would the agent be able to obtain this document as part of the service?

Obviously an agent would have the best knowledge but hopefully someone may have experienced this?

Incorrect

She has original with her in Bangkok and local Amphur will not translate and told her to go to Roi Et

Might be incorrect of Bangkok Amphur but as I am sure you know rules are something of a mystery in Thailand

No amphur will do the translation. Take the original and a copy to a registered translation company in Bangkok where they can do the translation and certify the translatiin.

I should have mentioned she has original in Bangkok and also needs a certificate that says she was never married and get in Roi Et

Makes no sense to me but from all the different questions on this forum it seems everything changes by where the question is asked and in what location

Your fiancé would have the best knowledge on how to obtain that from her local amphur. After she obtains her birth certificate she can have it translated in Bangkok.
