If we are vaccinated there are no requirements now?

Just fly to Thailand and get the 30day stamp (for european citizens)

 Get a laboratory ATK test 72 hours before you fly and if negative you'll be fine

Yes. Just proof of your vaccination status. Visa exempt (for most European countries) is 30 days. Extendable once for a further 30 days.

 Yes. Thailand considers 2 shots of whatever vaccine (1 of J+J) to be fully vaccinated.
