Yes. You need to file your first 90 day report at the immigration office in person. Then you can file it online after the first one

Get the DTV first. Apply online thru their thai evisa website. It doesn't take long, approx. 1-2 weeks if you provide sufficient docs. Double check your application form before payment, make sure everything spells correctly or you'll need to apply and pay again.

There's a DTV group on fb where you'll find lots of tips from other applicants
