Make an appointment online first and then when you get there explain to the girls what you want . They will give you a form to fill out which you basically state that you're single and have or have not been married before , it's pretty straight forward. You then make another appointment in which you take the completed form back , the same day you will get it notarised from the embassy. You then have to get it translated into thai , i went to the consular of foreign affairs at chaeng wattana for that .

And so it shouldn't either , I just noted that some girls find it a lot easier than others to get visas and a lot of that is down to social status and ££££

I know this may seem a bit harsh and unfair but a lot of it also comes down to the girl in question and her past. I know of university graduates with £££ in the bank receiving visas within 7-10 days where as ex bar girls with farang husbands being refused time after time and then having to pay agencies 50-60k baht before they get a visa
