What should I do if a hospital in Thailand can't provide documentation for my long-term treatment?

I contacted the hospital and tried asking for the hospital to confirm my long term treatment in Thailand which I previously had a lasik surgery with them back in 2023 DEC. However they couldn’t provide the documents for me and stated that my case was by appointments only. Is there any other ways?

Is this enough for a medical visa extension? I went on the 15th sep to hospital. Haven’t seen any posts about medical related extensions. Anybody gotten a stamp from this? “Fit to fly” is not checked . Thanks 🙏🙏🙏
