What are the requirements to change from a COVID extension to a NON-O Dependent Spouse visa in Thailand?

Hi,

My soon-to-be husband (on May 31st) is working here with a proper visa extension and work permit. I'm currently on the COVID extension.

I saw yesterday that it's completely possible to change from the covid extension to the NON-O Dependent Spouse visa.

What are the typical requirements for this? (At Chaengwattana)

From what I understand, you first receive a 2-week under-consideration stamp, then the 90-day visa, then can apply for the year extension. Is this correct? And are there any additional requirements for getting the year extension?
