I've been in Thailand since late March 2023 on a B-A visa. Is there a possibility of extending it in early 2025, and if so, for how long? I'm having difficulty understanding the duration and requirements. I've noticed that people with tourist-related visas can apply for an additional 30 days using a TM7 form… I’m guessing I can try my luck.
Quick question. Am I observing the conditions of my visa correctly?
I am here on a multiple entry, B-A category visa which gives a validity of one year on the Visa card. Spent the weekend in Lao recently to see something different, different temples, Lao beer was good.
Upon my return I was issued an admission stamp of one year per their visa protocol. Well past my visa expiry.
Does this mean I am permitted to stay until December 2024? past march 2024 multiple entry will cease, I won’t be able to leave unless I return on a new visa sort of thing.
Non-Immigrant Visa category “B-A” (Business Approved Visa)
Question 1:People with this category of visa can stay in Thailand for one year and it can be renewed after one year period. This visa can be applied if a person wants to work for a company or organization. This request is sent to the immigration office and is only granted on their approval...This correct ?
Question 2 - If you are exporting from Thailand. Would the company with whom you dealing, count as a/an company/organization/employer?
Question 3 - The funds required to be shown as per [members only] would that be a monthly income? And must it be paid by the "employer" themselves.
PS Sorry for the lengthy post. Tried to fish for some information before rambling on asking aimless questions.
