Just wanted some input. I am situated in Phuket and we are going on lock down on the 13th. I will no longe the able to leave my sub-district but my visa exemption expires the 18th. I have no yet done my first extension. Should I go extend it still? Better yet, can I even go?

Important for Phuket. The sub districts of Rawai, Patong, Karon are on lockdown. Chalong and Kathu have also been added to the list today. 2 additional immigration units have been set up outside of the police stations in Karon and Chalong for those unable to get to immigration in Patong or Phuket Town

I know, I know, same old questions, sorry....my friend is trapped in The Maldives (sounds great but its not) at work flying sea planes..thats been stopped for 3 months.

He has a Thai wife and 2 children needing him home in Phuket, is this even possible? Are there allowances for family memebers to return with the correct insurance & COVID test clearance? Thanks
