Has anyone dealt with the issue of their city not being listed in the drop down menu of the city options for permanent address within the DTV online application process? Aside from writing a cover letter, I'm not sure what else I can do and am concerned of a potential rejection for that reason. I will be applying online via Jakarta.

Has anyone had problems with address on Evisa

Evisa application Home address as in Malaysia on screenshot it's automatically Malaysia which I can change and did to UK which is my home address and fill in accordingly

Is your permanent address the same as your current address NO

Home address again asked for I filled in my accommodation address in Malaysia where I will be staying for a month and more

The Kota Bhuru embassy canceled application as country and nationality did not match

Hello everyone, im very close to sending in my application and I wanted to double check the part on page 2 with:

”is your permanent address your current address -yes/no”.

I’m a Swe nationality but live permanently in Portugal, I’ve included both addresses but not sure which one should be on top and I don’t want mess up my application on something that small.

Has anyone here done it with a nationality but different country permanent address ? What did you put there?

About addresses in the application:

Permanent address: address where you are registered and/ or the address that is shown on the bank statement.

Current address (if different than permanent address): address in the country you are applying.

Address in Thailand: address of your accommodation/ house in Thailand. Where you are staying or where you will be staying.

hi , filling the online form i understand the current location must be the place you are at the moment you submit the application but for the permanent adress , should i put my adress in Thailand ? Sorry guys, I'm a bit confused about the "two addresses" situation.

When I say that my permanent address is not the same as my current one, it offers me add another one.

However they are both called "Home address", and I'm confused about which one should be the one back in my home country, and which one is my place of stay in Cambodia?

Is it about right to assume permanent address is wherever u got your headquarters e.g home

Regarding TM30 in Jomtien.

I recently left the country for a couple of weeks and when I returned on 27th Sept I stupidly forgot to file an online TM30. I did file one on the entry before on 22nd Aug at the same address. Since this is our permanent address is it going to be a problem that I returned to the same address and didn't file for my most recent entry?

I have my annual extension of stay application soon so I'll need to have my TM30 status correct for that.

I could login and file an online TM30 now but you can't backdate the check in date past one day.

Any advice on the best course of action would be much appreciated.

Looking for clarification on how to fill out my application for the DTV visa, applying in Jakarta:

For “current address” - is that my hotel in Jakarta, the house I rented in Thailand (rented until next year), or or my permanent address back home in USA? — if I should put my Thai address, then I assume the next question, “Permanent address, if different from above” should be answered with my permanent address in USA?

For “date of previous visit to Thailand: would I answer with my last entry date or exit date?

I have a USA passport - How should I answer “countries for which travel document is valid”?

And finally, for “Name and Address of Local Guarantor” and “Name and Address of Local Guarantor in Thailand” — do these need to be filled in?
