Not visa related, but is there a organisation I can complain to regarding a hotel in pattaya.

The hotel has been without hot water for 3 days now a d looks like it will be maby 4 days before they can fix it. So I have asked if I can check out today and have a refund for my remaining days and they say it is not possible.

Can anyone recommend a good hotel beside the airport that does everything to comply with thai pass.

The hotel I usually use is fully booked for my return dates .

With the restriction s lifted today all tourist who are vaccinated just need a covid test and 1 night in a hotel on arrival

Is there anything else av missed or need to know or do before I fly

Advice from Thailand embassy London is book 11 days quarantine hotel but if you have had 2 coronavirus jabs you may be given 7 days quarantine at the discretion of the immigration officer! What! How can you book your hotel on this basis? Leads to the question does anyone know of any hotel in Bangkok or Pattaya where you can pay at hotel? Also for those in the know what's the cheapest insurance package coverage available right now? Thanks for any advice.
