Hello everyone, might be a weird question but what is the possibility of getting rejected if you stay not more than 6 months every year with one border run as a USA citizenship entering Thailand?Thank you very much for answers in advance 🙏

Hello, we are here on a visa exempt entry and now in our 30 day extension. We want to get non-o visas for retirement purposes. We are USA citizens in Bangkok now. We have just recently obtained non resident bank accounts. Please advise what office we will need to go to, mtt or cw. What time frame must we follow? What documents do we need to take with us? Is it enough to have the bank accounts with virtually no balance to get the visa, knowing we must have the 800k baht seasoned for two months before we can get the retirement extension? It's likely all this has been gone over many times, but things change out here. Thanks for your help, we will likely have followup questions.
