I am a Canadian and get 3 different pensions deposited in my Canadian Bank account. They total 65,000 baht. I don't have them deposited in Thailand though, and I have them taxed at source so I have no ugly surprise at tax time. In summary: 3 pensions gross 65,000, tax at source so maybe 40,000 baht net each month, deposited in Canada not Thailand. Would this qualify to meet the income threshold for a Retirement Extension?
Hello all, I have a question about the 90-day check-in on a retirement extension. I was supposed to have checked in on December 25th. I was in Myanmar during that time and reentered Thailand on December 26th. The apartment manager filed a TM 30 online. Do I need to check into immigration for a 90-day check, or do the 90 days start when I reentered Thailand? Thanks in advance.
