I submitted the DTV(Digital Nomad) application and was asked to provide a condo contract as additional proof.
I am not currently living in Thailand, I will be staying in a hotel for about 10 days after arriving in Thailand and looking for a condo, is it okay to attach the proof of hotel reservation in this case?
What information should I enter in point 3? I normally live in Thailand. I understand that I should enter the same information as current in VN that I entered earlier, is that correct?
Hi all - looking for some DTV application advice. I applied for the DTV while in Vietnam and subsequently left the country. I have now received a request for additional information including proof that I am in Vietnam - which I was when I applied, but am no longer.
I have seen no information stating that you need to be in the country of application for an e-visa for the time spent processing the application, only to make the application, however this may be a loophole from the (recent) days when they would keep your passport during the application.
Question is - in the opinion of the great minds assembled here - should I submit the hotel bookings for my time there or return to VN to complete the process?
I want to apply to the DTV, and the documents list mention a document indicating current location (driving license, bank statement, or proof of stay) - Is it for the country I am currently staying in (as a tourist, digital nomad), or the country I am the residence of?
Also, if me and my husband apply together, do we need to show a checking/savings account with 500K baht each? or 500K total?
I am recently arrived in Bangkok on an extended visa for Non-o married to a Thai. I have an appointment in 45 days to formalize my extended stay on non-o. Among the forms required is proof of entry which used to be the T30 form no longer in use. My wife as the landlord of our home has reported my staying in our house but cannot print a copy of this filing from the web page. Anyone else have this problem? Will my stamped passport be sufficient for the appointment. Does my wife need to worry about being fined for reporting my stay if she cannot prove? Any advise will be helpful as the site is ambiguous.
Hello everyone, I’m currently in Thailand on a 60 day single entry tourist visa. Expires September 16th. I’m trying to figure out the current requirements for the 30 day extension. I might use the Bangkok immigration office. I might use the one in nonthaburi ? I’m not actually sure which one I’m supposed to use. Anyway my main question. Is a tm30 required for the 30 day extension nowadays? Any proof of stay required? I had a visa agent mention to me that this may be required but I have also heard the opposite. Any insight about the current requirements is appreciated. Thank you.
Hi I'm going to be traveling to Bali and heading to Thailand afterwards. I'd like to get a tourist visa at the embassy there to arrive to Thailand with.
My question is, for the "proof of stay" requirement at the Thai Embassy in Bali. I have an actual printed receipt with my name on it signed by the staff of the apartment i am renting with a PAID stamp (renting it from the apt complex itself)
