When am I going to do a 90-day notice?

I got my non-b visa in Laos last August 3, 2023 and the validity was until November 2,2023. Fortunately, I got my 1 year working visa last November 1,2023 and it will last until September 2024.

My question is, when should the 90 days start?. Is it August 3 or November 1?.

Someone said, I should've notified the immig last November 1 but I'm worried now because I didn't do that as I thought that 90 days will start once I get my 1year visa.

Hello does anyone know if you have to be in Thailand to renew a 1 year work visa? What will happen if you cannot make it back before the visa expires?
