TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about potential issues with their TM30 registration after their girlfriend was unable to submit it online. Community members suggest that the online TM30 system has been down for a while, and it is likely that there won't be any problems. They recommend bringing necessary documents, including the girlfriend's Thai ID and lease, in case the TM30 needs to be filed in person during the user's 90-day reporting.
you or your land lord OR your hotel go file a TM30 in person at the immigration office or do it by post if you don't need the receipt back right away (mail in takes a couple weeks to get the receipt back)
You can do the 90-day on counter B but will possibly be directed to go get a queue ticket for counter A to file a new TM30. I went with a friend the other day and this happened to him. Just make sure you have the necessary documents (and copies) to do this. Try to get copies before you get there. There's only one photocopy service there and the queue can be long, and the lady running the photocopier gets very cranky! 🤣
Yes,i think so. Last week i went to get a covid extension and the office didn't tell me anything about the TM30,but there is always a possibility that they want to see it today. I never did the 90 days report after the due date but im reading its possible to do it up to 7 days later,so it means i can do it untill 10th march? I have to go that day to chaewattana too for the under considerstion stamp
