I’ve visited Thailand 3 times this year on tourist visa I got each time when I arrived at Suvarnibuhmi. I am going to Thailand again in 2 weeks for a 17 day stays. Each of the previous visits were for about 17 days. Would they have any reason to refuse my entry into the country?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual has visited Thailand three times this year using the visa exemption upon arrival, each stay lasting 17 days. They are concerned about potential entry refusal on their upcoming visit. Comments suggest that as long as the traveler does not show signs of living in Thailand on back-to-back tourist entries, they are unlikely to face issues. However, it is advised to be prepared with proof of sufficient funds (20,000 THB in cash), onward travel, and accommodation details, as these could be requested by immigration officers.
Okay, questions like "would they have any reason to refuse me entry" are not the ones that can be easily answered.
Your entry history (which was NOT on ANY visa btw but on 30 day visa exempt entries) is not such that it shows you living here on back-2-back visa exempt or tourist visa entries.
Now you could catch an immigration officer stamping you in on a bad day and they could ask for proof of 20K baht in cash, proof of onward travel (within the time you're stamped in for) and proof of confirmed lodging BUT that is unlikely.
Proof of cash being opening my online banking site and showing them the balance?

My personal opinion, you wouldn't have any problem.
Of course anyone could be asked for proofs, but your history seem to be far from "living back to back with tourist status".
Just for example, not for all, I know someone who travels Thailand often each time 1-2 weeks this year already 4 or 5 times (similar last year and before for several years) has no problem every time on visa exempt, never worries a bit.

You received a visa exempt entry at the airport, and there should be no problem with you getting another one

Are you talking about the no-cost 30 day visa exemption (which is not a visa)? I've heard there is a limit of 2 of those per year.
