My online 90 day report was rejected because my Non-O extension was made in another province. True, I just moved. 

Is this correct? Aren’t we allowed to move to another province..?!

Will try to make another report tomorrow, just wanted to check if this was normal.

ATTENTION MEMBERS:

Phuket immigration office already made it clear that IF you moved from another province while on an extension, even if you file a change of address and file a TM30, they will not approve online 90 day reporting.

Your choices are to slog on over to the main office, the one at Patong or the one at Blue Tree Water Park and file in person

Did you submit change the address correctly?

When you move to the new province, you need to submit a new TM30 with the new address. And some provinces require you to submit TM28, too, to move in as a permanent address. You need to check with your local office to see if you have to submit TM28.

Also, some provinces require you to submit the first 90 days report in that province in person at the immigration office. You need to contact your new local office to see if that is one of them.

Anyway, you are still in the window of online reporting, means you should have enough days to report in person even if your report is rejected again.

Yes. Address was changed to Phuket after we moved. And I made a 90-day in person after this. This is the second report after extension.

an educated guess - your Phuket TM30 isnt in the computer system yet. Depending on the office, they can take months and month to appear. Wont be a problem in person.

, you put exactly same information (unless you left and came back Thailand) with the last report, and see how it'd goes. Check the rejected email for the reason.

And yes, unfortunately, sometimes it gets rejected without a specific reason.
