I've just installed the mor chana app on my new phone. Despite being 'very low risk' on my old phone I'm now 'medium risk' just like when I arrived in December. Anyone know how to fix this? I used same details as old phone when setting up app...

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user reports experiencing a change in their risk status on the mor chana app after switching to a new phone, from 'very low risk' to 'medium risk.' Despite using the same user details, the change in status persists. Community comments suggest that many users have remained on 'medium risk' regardless of their behavior, with some indicating a general indifference towards the app's assessments. There are also discussions about the app's requirements for permissions, its intended purpose, and evolving health regulations that could impact risk statuses.
Installed and says medium risk. Rules changed after I installed it. Was supposed to upload ATK test result but then rules changed to get a 2nd PCR. Never uploaded anything and now tells me every 2nd day I am overdue to upload ATK results. I just ignore it.

No one has ever looked at mine but it is an app and needs your permission to use Bluetooth to work. I think is mostly for your own info
