Why can't I sign into eVisa for my tourist visa application?

I’m trying to sign in to  evisa to apply for tourist visa and it won’t let me,I’ve tried resetting password still no joy, is this something to do with evisa being down. I was able to sign into my partner’s account.

I can still log in and view my (pending) visa progress . May be down for new applications till they clear the back log.

In having no problems with it. I believe it's down for maintenance on December 10th, not November. I'm baffled with all the legal BS and documentation they want to prove I am a resident in the UK, and the ID of people I'll be staying with in Thailand. Madness.
