I understand covid extensions are until Aug 24.

Planning on going tomorrow to try and extend my 90 day visa waiver stay with the covid extension in BKK.  

Can someone tell me where do I do this? is it chang wattana or somewhere else?  any tips? Early morning or after lunch?

In which case you are not on a visa exemption but a bilateral agreement. And TBH I'm not sure IF you can extend that and how many days you'd get if you can
