TLDR : Answer Summary
The Marriage Act concerning Marriage Equality in Thailand has not yet been published in the Royal Gazette. Once it is published, the law will come into effect 120 days later, meaning it likely won't be law until at least next year.
Thanks - that's what I had been tracking. Couldn't find any info about the Royal Gazette publishing time line, or line up anywhere. Just the 120 days from posting.
I don't think there is a timeline. It needs to be approved by the king first. It'll be published shortly after that

We are starting to work on getting our US Marriage license translated, does it need to be done by a certain agency, company? We are reaching out to the Royal Embassy as well.
